What FulFra charges for Fulfillment

For larger volumes, we provide customized quotes. The reason is simple: A retailer with a few large items has a very different cost structure than a store with many small orders. A specific quote based on your own figures is therefore more meaningful than any price list.
What Factors Affect Your Fulfillment Prices
You won't know if a Fulfillment offer is a good deal until you run the numbers using your own information. These factors determine your total at the end of the month:
- Order volume: How many orders do you ship per month, and how much does the volume fluctuate throughout the year?
- Items per order: An order with five items takes longer to pick than an order with one item.
- Size and weight: These factors determine the storage location, the packaging materials, and, above all, the shipping costs.
- Inventory turnover: Goods that sit in inventory for a long time incur ongoing storage costs. Fast-moving items put less strain on the budget.

- Return rate: The higher the rate, the larger the share of total costs accounted for by return processing.
Fulfillment Calculating Costs: Here's How
First, gather your key metrics from the past few months: number of orders, average number of items per order, required storage space, and return rate. Then multiply each quantity by the corresponding price from the quote and add up the items. Divide the total by the number of orders to get your Fulfillment cost per order. You can compare this figure directly with the costs of your own Warehouse, labor, and packaging materials.
